Reservations

• Reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Space is limited, so early booking is strongly advised.

• A reservation is considered confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation email issued.

What’s Included

• Your reservation includes lodging, daily breakfast, and complimentary beverages available throughout the day: coffee, tea, still and sparkling water, and two breakfast juices.

• Guests are responsible for their own meals outside of breakfast. Dining suggestions are available on our website.

Arrival & Departure

• Check-in is available after 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.

• Check-out is required by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

• Flexibility may be possible depending on other guest schedules—please inquire in advance.

Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all bookings, whether made directly or via platforms like Airbnb.

• Full refund: Cancel 30 days or more before check-in to receive a 100% refund of the nightly rate and eligible fees.

• Partial refund: Cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund of the nightly rate.

• No refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.

• Grace period: Cancel within 48 hours of booking, and at least 14 days before check-in, to receive a full refund.

• Refunds apply to the nightly rate only. Taxes and third-party processing fees may be excluded or refunded based on timing and method.

• No-shows or early departures are considered non-refundable.

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing to [Insert Contact Email].

Property Guidelines

• Smoking: Château Dépierre is a non-smoking property. Smoking or vaping is not permitted indoors. Outdoor arrangements are available. Violations will incur a €500 cleaning fee per impacted room.

• Pets: For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not permitted.

• Parking: Secured, free parking is available on-site. Please notify us in advance if you require a space.

• Mobility: Our historic property is not handicap accessible. There are no ramps or elevators.

• Age Requirements: Guests must be 18 or older to book and stay independently. Minors may be accommodated with an adult guardian upon request.

• Gratuities: Gratuities are not expected or accepted. Exceptional hospitality is our gift to you.

• Photography & Mobile Devices: Please be mindful of other guests. Discreet use of mobile devices is appreciated. Photography in shared spaces should respect guest privacy.

Liability & Travel

• Château Dépierre is not responsible for transportation costs or travel arrangements.

• We are not liable for cancellations due to force majeure events (e.g., weather, strikes, government regulations).

• We strongly recommend obtaining personal travel insurance.
