Arrival — First Afternoon

Guests are greeted with a welcoming apéritif to ease into château life.
Dinner on the first evening is open for you to enjoy independently, and we’re happy to assist with reservations at one of our favorite local restaurants.

Classes — Core Program Days

Three to five days of immersive, hands‑on instruction, including:

• Daily culinary workshops with expert guidance

• A curated set of recipes (provided to take home)

• Local excursions tied to the class theme

• Time to relax and enjoy the château between sessions

Departure — Final Morning

A final breakfast before departure.
