Crepes Caramel
Oh la la. Crepes caramel are an experience…the ingredients are simple, we use them everyday. BUT, in combination, they create nirvana. The picture is of crepes that I ate on our last trip to France (Oct 21). I’ve made them a number of times & it’s always the same…how many can you eat without looking too greedy!! It takes a bit of panache to swirl - but part of the trick is to keep swirling once you start. Advanced crepe makers will start to work on the flip, which is fun, but egads one might end up on the floor. Quelle horreur!
