Bourbon French 75
A classic French 75 is made with gin & champagne. For a blend in our cultures (to put a bit of an “American” twist on it), it’s been re-imagined with some good-ole bourbon (thanks to our friend Tom). Please be warned, however, that it packs a punch & goes down really easily. It’s so smooth & well balanced. A great drink all year round, as I can not only imagine it in the spring on the porch with the smells of green earth, but also in the fall, sitting next to a crackling fire emitting the comforting odors of smoke. And, I’m telling you now, use the good cherries. They’re a bit pricey, but they’re SO worth it.
