Payment Schedule

Payments & Cancellation Policy

*Class Fees:   Payments are structured as follows:

Payment 1
, 25%:   To secure reservation
NON-REFUNDABLE

Payment 2
, 75%:  30 days before class
NON-REFUNDABLE

Payment 1
to secure the reservation is a promise by Chateau Depierre to hold your place for the class session & a commitment by you to participate & should be considered non-refundable - no exceptions.  This assurance means that Chateau Depierre may potentially deny other interested parties the ability to book on those dates, thereby losing business, which is the reason Payment 1 is non-refundable.

Payment 2 shall be billed 30 days before the class session. After such payment has been made, the class session is non-cancelable & non-refundable.

In the circumstance where a class session is being booked with less than 30 days notice, the full payment amount shall be required to reserve the session, which shall be non-refundable.

*Rescheduling:  Château Dépierre appreciates that personal emergencies can arise, accordingly a class session MAY be able to be rescheduled.  However, it is at the sole discretion of Château Dépierre whether a session may be moved, & rescheduling would based on availability.  If a reschedule has been agreed upon by Château Dépierre under rare circumstances, there will be a limited 18-month window to reschedule, after which time the payments made shall be forfeited.

*Eligibility to Participate:  Guests will not be eligible to participate if all payments are not made.

*Château Dépierre Cancellations:  Château Dépierre reserves the right to cancel any program prior to its start, in which case all monies will be refunded. The costs of any travel or housing arrangements you may have made will not be reimbursed by Château Dépierre.  Travel insurance is strongly recommended for these reasons.
