Elegant Entertaining

Learn to create innovative meals with multiple courses which will definitely inspire you to entertain more & leave your guests in awe.  We kick off the course with 2 hours of knife skills instruction. Then, each day there will be two sessions, a prep session in the morning & a cooking session just before (& perhaps during) dinner.  Discover secrets of the trade: the art of plating, advance prep & creating beautiful tablescapes. 

While all classes are tailored to the season (& available ingredients), example dishes might include: grilled vegetable saganaki salad, oefs meurette, ham & asparagus tart with mascarpone, sun-dried tomato roulade, medallions de porc au camembert & celery root purée, zinfandel spaghetti, honey poached pears with blue cheese, lemon olive oil cake & frozen berry mousse souffles.

Please anticipate a 4 night / 5 day timeframe: arrival date (afternoon), 3 full days of classes, & departure date (morning). Class includes 5 days of hands-on instruction (with recipes), lodging, & meals. Guests are only responsible for their own dinner on the arrival date.
