Take your entertaining skills to the next level as we create innovative meals with multiple courses. We will kick off the course with 2 hours of knife skills instruction. Then, each day there will be two sessions, a prep session in the morning & a cooking session just before (& perhaps during) dinner. Learn the art of plating & how to make dishes in advance. Dishes will modified for seasonality, but will include seafood, local meats & produce, as well as dessert.

Please anticipate a 4 night / 5 day timeframe: arrival date (afternoon), 3 full days of classes, & departure date (morning). Class includes 3 days on hands-on instruction (with recipes), lodging, & meals. Guests are only responsible for their own dinner on the arrival date.
