This class is an absolute culinary adventure! Over the week, we will cover 5 distinct countries exploring their unique ingredients & dishes: France (of course!), Italy, Mexico, India & Japan. Create memorable dishes & learn what makes the cuisine of each country so special!
While all classes are tailored to the season (& available ingredients), example dishes might include: homemade rustic paté, pommes duchesse, onion & roquefort tarts, spring vegetable risotto, cannoli cheesecake, black bean soup, spicy chicken with pumpkin mole, flan, a study in curries, tonkatsu (breaded pork cutlet with cabbage) & okonomiyaki.

Please anticipate a 4 night / 5 day timeframe: arrival date (afternoon), 3 full days of classes, & departure date (morning). Class includes 5 days of hands-on instruction (with recipes), lodging, & meals. Guests are only responsible for their own dinner on the arrival date.
